Global Partner Manager

We’re expanding our sales team and seek a Global Partner Manager to build and maintain a comprehensive partner program for Business and System Integrator partnerships. This is a high-level role that reports directly to the Global Vice President, Sales and will play a key part in strengthening our market presence, revenue objectives, and technology goals by onboarding new partners and realigning existent ones.

What You’ll Do…

  • Design and implement a comprehensive partner program with selection framework for adding new partners and evaluation criteria for retaining existing ones
  • Create a partner onboarding plan that ensures a quick ramp time for partners in order to deliver value and achieve corporate objectives
  • Make recommendations to the GVPS to establish revenue targets and quotas that align with corporate revenue goals
  • Meet or exceed revenue quotas pertaining to partner accounts
  • Meet target quotas for identifying and onboarding new partners across all partnership types, and delivering qualified leads to the AEs through partners to achieve elixir business objectives and potential market opportunities
  • Deliver a comprehensive partner selection framework which incorporates technology and product integration needs, Elixir core corporate values, perspective GTMs, revenue goals or other corporate initiatives Deliver routine pipeline forecast presentations to the Sales organization and leadership team
  • Monitor partner pipelines and deliver regular pipeline status and forecast presentations to the Sales organization and leadership team
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify potential partners, define addressable markets, and create market segmentation to deliver a target number of Go-to-Markets (GTMs)
  • Evaluate existing partnerships for business alignment and strategic fit, and make recommendations to leadership
  • Realign partner focus from pure technology engagements to more business-driven outcomes
  • Retain and grow existing partnerships by managing renewals and renegotiating contracts to bring new areas of collaboration
  • Deliver partner requirements to technical support and product teams to ensure partner needs are being met
  • Deliver compelling presentations and support product demonstrations to partners
  • Provide accountability for formal responses to partners, proposals, presentations, and demonstrations
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all Elixir solutions and their relevance and value to the markets
  • Maximize potential partner revenue through use of in person visits, web meetings, conference calls, trade shows, etc.

What You’ll Bring…

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 5-8 years of account management or sales experience
  • 3-5 years of subscription-model channel partner sales experience
  • Experience developing channel partner programs from conception through execution
  • Experience with b2b commerce and customer communications management software
  • Experience with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce DiscoverOrg, Hubspot, Growbots, Woodpecker
