Marketing Operations Manager

The Marketing Operations Manager will manage the configuration, use, and adoption of tools in our martech stack. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the solutions and vendors in the marketing tech space and will be comfortable proposing and executing strategies that optimize existing tools and processes.

Essential Functions

  • Manage internal technology stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, etc.) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads
  • Maintain the website including integration with HubSpot and other demand gen tools
  • Establish and analyze lead tracking metrics across all demand and lead-gen activities including social media campaigns, website, events, content syndication, webinars, SDR prospecting. Ensure proper attribution of lead sources to assess effectiveness of campaigns and channels
  • Own HubSpot and Salesforce reporting and dashboards related to lead attribution, campaign performance and ROI, conversion rates, etc.
  • Track lead cohorts to measure velocity and program effectiveness

  • 5 years of experience in marketing ops
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Experience managing social media spend (preferred)

Salary range: $80,000-$90,000/year
