Sr. Manager Demand Generation

The Sr. Manager Demand Generation will design and execute effective lead generation activities through B2B digital and direct marketing activities. The goal is to grow Elixir’s customer base by fueling pipeline growth for the sales organization with a focus on lead conversion efficiency.

Essential Functions

  • Build the Demand Generation operations and scale it
  • Design and execute all aspects of digital marketing including marketing databases, email, and display advertising campaigns
  • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results
  • Understand and utilize the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
  • Implement analytics tools to track behavior of website visitors
  • Identify and monitor audience preferences and recommend new and innovative growth strategies based on these analytics
  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar for our existing leads
  • Optimize the entire marketing lead generation funnel by creating defined lead qualification stages, with measurable actions that nurture and move prospects throughout the funnel to meet predefined MQL targets
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound and outbound marketing activities turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert leads
  • Create charts, graphs, infographics, dashboards, and other pictorial diagrams to present information in ways that are easy to interpret and spot patterns, trends, and correlations that show the progress of marketing campaigns
  • Identify different segmentation criteria based on audience behavior, demographic, geographic, psychographic characteristics, etc.
  • Run A/B tests for email campaigns and landing pages to optimize performance
  • Manage campaign performance and tweak workflows accordingly
  • Define and drive MQL’s with predefined goals and targets

  • 5 years of experience in a demand generation role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Experience in Salesforce, HubSpot, and other demand gen tools

Salary range: $90,000-$100,000/year
